How It Works - Eligibility

The following is required to be eligible to receive 1House services:

Must be Austin Energy Customers
The homes must be owner-occupied
Homes must be eligible for the Free Home Improvements Program established by Austin Energy. Eligibility is based on household income level.

Some exceptions to this rule may be allowed, but will have to be considered on a case by case basis.
