How It Works - Education and Follow Up

A 1House representative will follow up with the homeowners every month or two during the next year in order discuss track water and energy usage. Water and electricity bills from the past year will be compared to current bills in order to determine the effectiveness of the program. These meetings will also serve as an opportunity to further educate the home occupants and identify additional improvements that might be made at a future date. The information obtained during these meetings will be used to improve the process for future beneficiaries of the program.
